Welcome to Gyro Concept, a culinary vision brought to life by owner Nikitas, dedicated to bringing authentic Greek street food to the heart of the United States. Our story begins with a passion for Greek cuisine, and through meticulous planning and dedication, Gyro Concept emerged as a haven for premium Greek delights. In March of 2024, we expanded our vision to Easton, PA, opening our second location while maintaining the same dedication to authenticity and quality that defines Gyro Concept.
Our Mission
At Gyro Concept, our mission begins in Belleville, NJ, where we set out on a culinary adventure to introduce the authentic flavors and cultural heritage of Greek street food to our community. Our journey continues as we eagerly prepare to expand to Union City, NJ, bringing our passion for Greek gastronomy to a new audience. The upcoming Union City location will soon join our Belleville restaurant in sharing the magic of Gyro Concept with even more food enthusiasts.
