About Us
In Greece, every neighborhood has its souvlatzidiko: the corner shop where you get a gyro wrapped in paper and a few skewers off the grill, fast and always good. Gyro Concept was founded by Nikitas to bring that place to Pennsylvania. We opened on Cattell Street in Easton in 2024, steps from Lafayette College, and added our Bethlehem kitchen on Easton Avenue in 2025, with a drive-thru pickup window for people on the go.
The real thing: gyro carved to order, souvlaki grilled fresh, warm pitas and tzatziki made the Greek way. Fast, not fast food: counter service built for a lunch break, with food you'd happily sit down for. Something for everyone: high-protein Smart Bowls, vegan gyros and falafel, a kids' menu, and platters that feed a crowd. Neighbors first: we cater local offices, teams and families, and we read every review.
Visit us in Easton at 323 Cattell St, (610) 438-1176, or in Bethlehem at 2722 Easton Ave, (610) 910-4976. Both stores are open daily from 11 AM. Order online for pickup or delivery, or ask about catering for your next team lunch or party.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: serve the Lehigh Valley real Greek street food, made fresh and served fast, at a fair price. Every gyro is carved to order, every skewer grilled fresh and every order packed with care, whether you dine in, pick up at the window, or feed the whole office.
Our foundation lies in a profound commitment to authenticity, sourcing only the finest ingredients to craft dishes that capture the essence of Greece. Beyond being just a restaurant, our mission is to become a culinary destination where patrons can immerse themselves in the vibrant world of Greek cuisine.
We are driven by the belief in the power of food to create connections and lasting memories. With warm hospitality, meticulous preparation, and attention to detail, we strive to deliver an exceptional dining experience that exceeds expectations. Through our carefully curated menu and inviting atmosphere, we seek to make every visit to Gyro Concept a delightful and unforgettable experience.
